Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day no-reason return and exchange policy. You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery without having to provide a reason.
To begin a return or exchange, contact us at Support@canadapoud.shop before sending the item. Once approved, canadapooch provides a prepaid return shipping label or an equivalent free return arrangement. The merchant pays return shipping for both approved no-reason returns and returns involving damage, defects, quality problems, missing parts, or an incorrect item. Items sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Returned items should include their components and original packaging when reasonably possible. The following are not eligible for no-reason return: customized or personalized goods, clearance or final-sale goods, gift cards, and opened intimate, personal-care, or hygiene-sensitive goods. These exclusions do not limit remedies for defective or nonconforming products or any non-waivable consumer rights.
After we receive and inspect the return, we will notify you of the decision. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. A bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit.
