Shipping Policy

We ship only within the United States. Standard shipping is free for every U.S. order, and tracking information is provided after shipment.

Orders are normally processed within 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and U.S. public holidays. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4-6 business days. These timeframes are estimates; carrier disruptions, weather, peak periods, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control may cause delays.

Shipping confirmation and a tracking number are sent to the contact information supplied at checkout. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment begins.

If tracking shows a delivery problem, or if an order arrives damaged or incomplete, contact Support@canadapoud.shop or (860) 716-7550. We will work with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution under our Refund Policy.

Free standard outbound shipping does not reduce the 30-day no-reason return right. For every approved no-reason return or exchange and every return caused by a quality problem, canadapooch pays return shipping and provides a prepaid label or equivalent free arrangement. Customer service hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM (America/Los_Angeles).
